VILLAGE OF FALCONER, NY
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ANNUAL BUDGET

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the proposed budget for the Village of Falconer, NY for the fiscal year beginning June 1, 2026 and ending May 31, 2027 has been prepared and filed in the office of the Village Clerk, where it may be seen and examined by any person during the following office hours, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, or on the village webpage at falconerny.gov., pursuant to the provisions of Section 109 of the Village Law. The Board of Trustees will hold a Public Hearing to consider the Budget on April 13, 2026 at 6:00 pm in the Fireman’s Exempt Hall, 3 Coleson Drive, Falconer, NY. Also, that the total salaries proposed for the members of the Board of trustees are as follows:

A1010.0 Board of Trustees:
Personal Services: $9,600
Contractual Expenses: $1,500
Total $11,100
A1210.0 Mayor:
Personal Services: $7,200
Contractual Expenses: $2,500
Total $9,700
